And you do this as follows:

• Set your camera to S/Tv mode
• Select a shutter speed of, say, 1/15th second
• Select a wide-angle zoom lens
• Shoot as you are zooming. Preferably toward the wider end of the lens.

This takes a bit of practice, but it is fun.
