• 16-35mm lens on a 1.3 crop camera, set to 16mm, meaning, effective 21mm length.
• Manual mode, 1/30th, f/2.8.
• 400 ISO,

And then you get as close as you can to the closest object. The closer, the blurrier the distant objects (me!) will become.
