Thanks for this link. It’seems so true…you can’t trust anyone when you travel. And displaying high end equipment is very risky. I attach a large carabiner to my camera bag in airports or in foreign restaurants. In fact, carrying obvious camera bags presents its own problems. Yet, you should keep locks on zippers. Plus when enjoying a walk at night, it’s a G15, not a 5D MKIII.
These thieves depend on tourist ignorance. It’s their livelihood.
