Curves

One “detector’ that you should train yourself to have is the “curve-detector”. Curves lead gently through the picture, like a gentle slow journey. Two samples, picked from many:

    It takes much practice to spot the curve. May not look right in the view finder but very pleasing on print-it’s a personal delemma when I am on photo walks.

  2. Yes indeed. I recomemnd we all

    a) Train ourselves to spot all curves

    b) Ask “could there possibly be a picture here?”

    c) If yes, then shoot. If maybe, then still shoot – and decide at home.

    Good training for the eye.
